Tim is passionate about all elements of health and fitness and loves being active. He has always been involved in a wide range of sports and outdoor activities.
Tim’s fitness philosophy is centred around enjoyment and this encourages clients to set themselves a goal that will interest them and also provide them with a focus for their workouts.
He believes that his passion is shared through his enthusiastic delivery and exciting and varied programmes. At the moment as well as individual clients Tim works with a Ladies and a Mens hockey team focusing on their speed and agility.
Tim uses a mixture of Kettlebell, boxing and core exercises, which complements his Triathalon competition training.
