James has a rich background in health & fitness qualifying with a BA (Hons) Sports & Coaching Studies from Oxford Brookes. He obtained his Personal Training & Sports Massage qualification in 2006, and has subsequently helped many people achieve their individual goals.
James specialises in weight loss programmes & technique specific training for races and/or competitions, and sports teams. He uses a combination of kettleball training, boxing pad work and interval sprinting. His workouts are fun, varied and motivational, drawing on his wealth of experience from working in the UK, USA and New Zealand.
James currently plays American Football in the Premier League (BAFL), and his experience can incorporate the different training techniques therein into an innovative training programme adaptable to all individual needs, goals and levels of skill.
