Our Boot camps are a great variation to the personal training. Although there is less one on one support, they are fantastic in achieving goals.
You can build new friendships and whilst you are losing weight/getting fitter you can even have some healthy motivation to drive you on!
These are not your usual 'boot camps' which are very military and can get tedious, these use all sorts of fitness and sports techniques which are simple, fun and work very well.
These boot camps are for all abilities and ages. Each exercise is personally tailored to you so that get the most out of the session
